Description
We have 4 properties to choose from. We we considering doing all banner ads as bid/auction only but decided to do the Early Bird special on these as well to give all our Burnet County businesses first pick of the choice spots at a simple $97 flat rate plus Texas State Sales Taxes of course. We are doing 250 of these Early Bird Banner Ads for just $97. We require though that you both produce your vinyl only banner up to 4’x8′ in size and come put it up in your assigned spot, or for an extra $50 we’ll put your banner ad up for you in your assigned spot. We will have a set it where in these runners run along all the pathways and such.
You can purchase as many banner ads as you like until the 250 are gone.
Cancellation Policy
- If you decide you do not want a banner ad, you have up until November 1st, 2023 to decide to cancel or not and 100% of your Early Bird Booking fee will be returned.
- If you cancel between November 2nd, 2023 and January 31st, 2024, 90% of your booking fee will be returned.
- If you cancel between Febuary 1st, 2024 and March 1st, 2024, 80% of your booking fee will be returned.
- No refunds will be given after March 2nd, 2024 as our local business advertisers are very important to the event.
