Overview
All positions with Happy Times Events, Ltd, due to the nature of what we do, all persons are required to have a VALID Texas Drivers Licence and be over the age of 21 with a clean criminal background and driving record. You MUST be able to speak fluent English, but multi-lingual persons are preferred. 2024 Eclipse Event Planner/Coordinator
We are looking for several event planners, one for each one of our properties. You MUST have experience working with larger events that deal with vendor booths, as well as guests. This job will be a 1099 contracted position and we are searching for coordinators just for the one event. After the 2024 Eclipse Event is complete and everything successfully executed we will be selecting one of the several Event Planners/Coordinator
Website Engineer
Looking for someone who SPECIFICALLY understands WordPress, Woo-Commerce, and bbPress and how all 3 interplay together. Additionally proficient knowledge in cPanel is required, as well as a basic understanding of how to reboot a cpanel server.
Graphic Designer
Must know latest version of Photoshop & Illustrator. We're looking for someone proficient in creating artwork for, 4'x8" vinyl banners, website graphics, editing of images for the website, business carts, tri-fold pamplets and 3'x2' posters.
Driver
We're looking for someone with driving experience, clean driving record and highly professional. You should be able to handle yourself in a wide variety of situations and places across Central Texas. We have several vehicles we need drivers for, including, 56 person small buses, 12 person luxury vans, standard sedans, and stretch limosines.
Property Makeready Specialist
We need 2 people to clean houses top to bottom after guests stay in them. This includes cleaning standard houses top to bottom, washing dishes, mopping, vacuuming, doing bedding laundry, washing windows, etc. You will also be cleaning and washing cars, the limo's, our company owned RV's that we rent out to guests, and other rental property accommodations.
Logistics Specialist
We're looking for 1 - 5 people as we get ramped up for our 2024 Texas Eclipse Family Funfest event in order to do things like moving boxes around, mowing, washing windows, picking up trash from pasture land, running errands for Event Directors, etc.
