2023 Annular "Ring of Fire" Eclipse Live Stream Advertising/Broadcast Schedule

Please find below the schedule for our upcoming Live Stream YouTube Event about the "Ring of Fire" eclipse, which is set to take place on Saturday, October 14th, 2023. The Live Stream will run from 10 AM to 3 PM CST and will include updates on travel conditions to and from the event. We have advertising spots available for purchase (listed below) and hope that this Live Stream not only helps promote our local Burnet businesses but also provides an idea of what kind of traffic to expect for the 2024 Total Eclipse Festival.
We will depart from Burnet at 7 AM, sharp and early, and head down TX Hwy 29, aiming for as close to the centerline as possible for this stream. We encourage everyone, even if you don't need an ad block, to join us during the stream. We would love to hear from all of you!
9:45 am – 10:00 am Opening/Stand By Ad Block ( 15 minutes ) – Cost is $97 for 30 seconds, $247 for 60 seconds, $947 for 120 seconds, and $1447 for the entire block
10:00 am-10:10 am Ad Block 1 (10 minutes ) – Cost is $147 for 30 seconds, $347 for 60 seconds, $1447 for 120 seconds, and $2447 for the entire block
11:00 am – 11:10 am Ad Block 2 ( 10 minutes ) – Cost is $247 for 30 seconds, $647 for 60 seconds, $2447 for 120 seconds, and $4447 for the entire block
12:30 pm – 12:45 pm Ad Block 3 ( 15 minutes ) – Cost is $47 for 30 seconds, $147 for 60 seconds, $247 for 120 seconds, and $447 for the entire block
1:45 pm – 2:00 pm Closing Ad Block ( 15 minutes ) – Cost is $47 for 30 seconds, $147 for 60 seconds, $247 for 120 seconds, and $447 for the entire block

All that's needed after purchasing your spot is for you to come out and hang your banner! The banner space is 4'x8', please ensure your banner will fit those dimensions. If you prefer, we can hang the banner for you for a small add-on fee. If you chose the add-on, your banner must be turned in no later than March 14th.

We will be lining our driving paths and walkways with the 4'x8' vinyl banners from our advertisers. This not only helps to mark these paths out for everyone that comes out but also ensures that the maximum number of patrons will see your advertisements!

Sponsorship is a great thing to invest in if you are a Texas business. Why? Easy: 40% of all sponsor sales are donated to the Hyper Fusion #FuseTheCommunity Initiative, supporting their annual Burnet ISD Technology Scholarship Program and helping to solve the lack of reliable, reasonably-priced internet across Central Texas. Hyper Fusion is the ISP that will be providing all the Fiber, WiFi, and Fixed-Point Wireless services for the event.

We have a limited number of sponsor slots available for the event - only five (5). As a sponsor, you'll get the opportunity to showcase your ads on our website, YouTube channel, and Beverage Food Vendor trucks that will be present at all events leading up to the Eclipse date. Moreover, sponsoring the event comes with perks such as a large vinyl banner, which can be as big as 8'x15'. This banner will be hung in the 45' high vaulted ceiling horse arena, where guests will spend most of their time eating. Additionally, sponsorship includes twenty-five (25) 4'x8' vinyl banner ad spaces.

There will be no refunds on ad banner spaces or other advertisement arrangements.  The performance of ads is not guaranteed.

Vendors will have the opportunity to setup for the weekend that will host out of town guest to experience the total eclipse in Burnet county.

As the guests arrive thought out the weekend awaiting the Monday afternoon eclipse we are scheduling a multitude of activities to keep everyone busy and entertained. Aside from having vendor booths for shopping and eating we will also have:
• Science Expo Tent with Space Documentaries
• Triotech XD Dark Ride Interactive Theater
• Kids Bounce Houses
• Astronomy seminar
• Midway carnival

What you can expect:
• Every vendor will have enough space for their RV/ travel trailer along with space to setup their vendor booths for an additional $97 fee for the entire event.
• Vendor will need to check-in between Monday, April 1 and Thurs April 4th.
• Vendors will be allowed to setup their own booth hours for the weekend anytime after they check in.
• All vendors will be listed on the happy times events website and will have an opportunity to take pre-order sales.
• Free onsite wi-fi service for linking up
• Several security officers will be on-site both day and night 24/7 for the entire event.

We anticipated the weekend attendance to be between 3000 - 4000.

Event dates are from April 5th - April 9th, 2024.  Except the park and view tickets are for the day of the Eclipse only.   All Early Bird Spaces are standard spaces only.  If you book one now, you'll get your choice of spots when we release the property maps as well as your choice of space.  We are allowing choice in order of purchase.  So, first order in gets first pick, last order in gets last pick.  Fairly simple.  Listed below are the lot types and available Early Bird space/lot launch quantities.  The quantity left for Early Bird specials will be listed on the booking page using the link below.
