Vendor Lots Info
PLEASE NOTE: Most auctions will show a "Bid Now" button, if you click it, it will take you to the listing details page. Most listings also have a "Buy It Now" button, very, very similar to "e-Bay style" listings. Using the "Buy It Now" button will guarantee you the space and we'll upload your images to it and add you to the confirmed vendors section to help you promote your brand within a few days of conformation of your booking.
Premium Vendor lots are those lots that are pictured in the green areas and surround our central focus of the vent, the large covered horse arena with the 45 foot vaulted ambient covering providing great shade with an equal amount of soft lighting. Each of these spots are at least 40' x 80' mostly but each listing is clearly defined with its size. Additionally each space includes power at no extra charge as well as refuse removal 3 times per day, just after breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, and 1 final time at 9pm before quite hours.
Booking of these lots is not guaranteed as we are trying to make sure we have a good variety of food vendors. Premium Vendor spaces are for the most part are restricted to food vendors only. Rare exceptions maybe made for anything having to do with telescopes or a picture booth, or funnel cake vendors.
Standard Vendor lots are those that are pictured in the yellow areas of the map and sit just to the south of the Premium Vendor Space
Several items are required to fully secure for all vendor spaces at our event. Texas taxes its sales tax collections extremely seriously. As such, a valid Texas Sales Tax Permit will be required along with a copy of each of the following documents,
- Government Issued Photo Identification (Drivers License or Identification Card)
- US Federal EIN official form
- DBA, Limited Liability, For Profit Corporation, or Non-Profit filing with your states filing agency
- Valid Texas State Sales Tax Permit
- Photo Examples of what you plan to sell as well as you selling at other events
We have five other private location that will boast our Academics only locations and our Ultra Exclusive VIP locations. Several of these lots will have vendor spaces within them. Due to the uniqueness of these lots, they will be restricted to food vendors only who can operate multiple food trucks across multiple lots. Vetting is required to be able to quality and these spaces are by invite only. How will you know if you qualified? You'll be directly contacted and asked if your interested. Each extra lot you pick up will carry a flat rate add on fee of $500 and will be invoiced and billed separately on Feb. 1st, 2024 and payments needs to be remitted by Feb. 29th, 2024.
10% of profits of all sales will be donated to the Hyper Fusion #FuseTheCommunity initiative to support their annual Burnet ISD Technology Scholarship Program as well as solving the lack of GOOD and REASONABLY priced internet all over Central Texas. Hyper Fusion is the company providing all of our fiber, wifi, and fixed point wireless internet services for our event.
Additionally, the early bird tickets are only 2 lots available currently. We have a total of 150 academic only spaces and the auctions are for multiple spaces and will go to auction on the dates started. However, all our academic only lots we are setting a buy it now price to secure your space for the buy it now price.
Due to the extreme rarity of this event we have elected to set a portion of our bookings with eBay style auctions. These auctions have no reserve and also have a "Buy It Now" button to secure that space with a flat rate immediate check out. Using the "Buy it now" button guarantees the space is yours. If the listing has received at least one bid, you must enter your bid, and highest bidder will win the space. All auctions will close on Leap Day, Feb. 29th, 2024.
Absolutely no refunds for vendor spaces will be given. A big part of the draw is our creative selection of vendors so its extremely important our vendors do not cancel on us. In order to become a vendor for the 2024 Eclipse event we will be vetting each vendor directly thru direct voice, text, and email communication as well as conducting background checks on quality of their wares or food and other events they have attended. We have an extremely firm NO REFUNDS policy on any "Vendor Spot Early Bird Specials" as these are time sensitive listings. Chargebacks for claims of fraud or product not delivered will in no way be honored.
