VIP Exclusive Information
Our VIP Exclusive Private lots are several lots we have very specifically precured due to their location in the direct longest part of the path of totality for the 2024 eclipse, but also for the quality of the landscaping, scenery, peacefulness, and only being surrounded by others that require those same things.
Exact location of VIP Exclusive lots will ONLY be disclosed to vetted bidders prior to Jan. 15th, 2024. Onsite tours with our Executive Event Director and potential bidders and/or bidders agent or respresentative will be given for our VIP Exclusive lots to ensure everything is on point for this event and our VIP guests are extremely satisfied.
We will have several vendor spots that event Director's will had pick from our existing pick of vendors and the vendor lots in the VIP areas will be stricly by invite only and will undergo a heavier 2nd background check and vetting process to ensure the highest level of service to our VIP guest.
Being a VIP guest and winning one of our VIP Exclusive auctions carries several major advantages. First and foremost, no matter where you go in the path of totality the amount of people are going to be completely overloaded. We've specifically selected our VIP properties to have ALOT of room in between spaces for privacy and to keep the general public out of the property so that as a VIP guest you can enjoy your 2024 Eclipse experience without being harrassed by anyone.
- Food/Supplies/Groceries runner/delivery driver, 1 or 2 per property
- Limosine & Professional Executive Class Driver, 1 to 3 per property
- Free Fresh water delivery and RV sewage tank emptying by mobile RV sewage cleaning company
- Secure properties with permiter security provided by offduty law enforcement 24 / 7 for the length of the vent
- Highly Vetted Property staff who sign strict NDA's to help ensure the proection of privacy of all VIP guests
- Pick-Up from Austin-Bergstrom International air port and shuttle to the property if you had your RV or Motorcoach driven by another staff is available upon request
In order to ensure the the validity of all our VIP bidders, all VIP bidding accounts will be heavily vetted to ensure that the guest registered is actually the real guest interested in becoming a VIP bidder for a chance at one of our VIP spaces. - A Zoom video call with you or your client
- An in-person lunch in Austin, TX, on us of course.
- A phone call/text
Check-in time for VIP guests is April 5th, 2024 @ 11am CST and check-out time for VIP guests is April 9th, 2024 @ 1pm CST. When you go to check out we will have an RV grey and sewer water removal provided before your RV hits the road and optional fresh water fill up. We will also provide you shuttle service with one of our limosines and professional drivers back to the airport if your having your RV driven back to its location.
We will be allowing all fully vetted potential VIP Bidders to get an exclusive walk-thru tour of each of our VIP Exclusive Locations so that you or your client can take comfort in knowing what your bidding on. Provided you abide by the NDA and for the protection of other VIP guest we will allow live video calling with your client if your client can not or doesn't wish to attend the site walkthru.
