Our Mission

For us Burnet County, Texas folks, this just isn't about the Eclipse.  Our little county was denied internet funding from the federal government in the summer of 2023, which we DESPERATELY needed for low income and rural families with school children that NEEDED those subsidies.  Our community seemed lost, until the folks setting up this eclipse event stepped up and put this together. Happy Time Events Ltd Co will be donating 20% of the gross profits to the #fusethecommunity initiative in order to provide the funding that was sought after and not obtained from the federal government.

Advertising Packages

  • 4'x8' Outdoor Banner Ads - These will be placed lining all our main drive paths and walk paths at all 7 of our properties.  These can be purchased singly, or multiples and range between $97 and $197 depending on the property
  • Basic Ad Package - This package includes 5 banner ads and a listing on our "Sponsors Page" on our website. This package, for our Early Bird special right now, is a flat rate of $947.
  • Premium Ad Package - This package includes 10 banner ads, a listing on our "Sponsors Page" on our website, and a shout out video post featured on our facebook page and website.  This package, for our Early Bird special right now, is a flat rate of $2447.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships include videos/slideshows in front of all the videos we upload to our Happy Times Events YouTube Channel. We are also cross-posting these on our Happy Times Events Facebook Page and the Official Solar Eclipse 2024 Texas information Facebook Group, which has events, festivals, other organizers, contractors, and people from all over all kind that will see your ads.

  • Bronze Sponsorship Package - This package includes 10 banner ads, a listing on our "Sponsors Page" on our website, and a shout out before 5 YouTube videos.  The rate for this is $4447 and will increase the closer we get to the eclipse in April.
  • Silver Sponsorship Package - This package includes 15 banner ads, a listing on our "Sponsors Page" on our website, and a shout out before 10 new YouTube videos.  The rate for this is $9,447 and will increase the closer we get to the eclipse in April.
  • Gold Sponsorship Package - This package includes 20 banner ads, a listing on our "Sponsors Page" on our website, a FULL 30 second video commercial or slideshow before ALL videos, as well as 30 seconds of air time during our April 8, 2024, Eclipse live stream  we post before all new YouTube videos,.  The rate for this is $34,700 and will increase the closer we get to the eclipse .  Full 60 second video commercial or slideshow before ALL videos we post. This sponsorship package is limited to ten (25) spots, so be sure to grab this great deal before it's gone!

Diamond Sponsorship

This package includes all of the following;

  • 1 complete 10 min ad block during our live stream of the April 8, 2024 eclipse
  • 25 banner ads
  • a listing on our "Sponsors Page" on our website
  • a FULL 30 second video commercial or slideshow before ALL videos we post before all new YouTube videos
  • a GIANT 10 foot x 30 foot banner ad hung inside our giant arena where all the people will be eating 3 meals a day for 4 day

The rate for this is $34,700 and will increase the closer we get to the eclipse .  Full 60 second video commercial or slideshow before ALL videos we post. This sponsorship package is limited to ten (7) spots, so be sure to grab this great deal before it's gone!  We have quantified set for this in our check out system and 1 diamond package is already sold!!

Opprotunity

We will be having A LOT of local folks working out at our events.  Advertising works on all people if its good and in the right place.  Since we're placing all the 4'x8' outdoor ad banners along all of our drive paths, major walk paths, and vendor areas from April 5-9, 2024, THOUSANDS of people will be sitting there, seeing your ads for 4 days.  All ad packages also include a listing on our website and cross linking is one of the most effective ways to promote your website.  Our website cleared 1 million pages views in its first 7 weeks of being live.  All thru recorded humanity, eclipses have historically drawn the biggest crowds over any natural event.  Don't miss your chance to be able to get your business in front of the eyes of folks from all over the world coming right to Burnet, TX!

We have several channels for advertising which include:

  • 4'x'8 outdoor vinyl banners at the Eqruina Fields Ranch, Pope Ranch, and our ultra exclusive VIP properties.  We place these along our main drive paths and walk paths.
  • Our Website where we post our advertisers in 3 primary areas, our sponsors page, & our website header and footer.
  • YouTube Channel Videos are another great place for video ads/slideshow ads.  We are constantly making videos of our process of setting up our event and the fundraisers.
  • Facebook Solar Eclipse 2024 Texas header as well as weekly featured posts.

Vendors will have the opportunity to setup for the weekend that will host out of town guest to experience the total eclipse in Burnet county.

As the guests arrive thought out the weekend awaiting the Monday afternoon eclipse we are scheduling a multitude of activities to keep everyone busy and entertained. Aside from having vendor booths for shopping and eating we will also have:
• Science Expo Tent with Space Documentaries
• Triotech XD Dark Ride Interactive Theater
• Kids Bounce Houses
• Astronomy seminar
• Midway carnival

What you can expect:
• Every vendor will have enough space for their RV/ travel trailer along with space to setup their vendor booths for an additional $97 fee for the entire event.
• Vendor will need to check-in between Monday, April 1 and Thurs April 4th.
• Vendors will be allowed to setup their own booth hours for the weekend anytime after they check in.
• All vendors will be listed on the happy times events website and will have an opportunity to take pre-order sales.
• Free onsite wi-fi service for linking up
• Several security officers will be on-site both day and night 24/7 for the entire event.

We anticipated the weekend attendance to be between 3000 - 4000.

Event dates are from April 5th - April 9th, 2024.  Except the park and view tickets are for the day of the Eclipse only.   All Early Bird Spaces are standard spaces only.  If you book one now, you'll get your choice of spots when we release the property maps as well as your choice of space.  We are allowing choice in order of purchase.  So, first order in gets first pick, last order in gets last pick.  Fairly simple.  Listed below are the lot types and available Early Bird space/lot launch quantities.  The quantity left for Early Bird specials will be listed on the booking page using the link below.
